How can I order an Item?
The new Genshin items will become available for preorder on the homepage until they reach their preorder limit, sell out or a drop ends.
Can I change the address of my preorder?
Yes, you can do this until your order is shipped out or a shipping label has been created prior to shipping the order.
To request the change, please enter your order number and new address below.
Can I return / exchange my order?
Since your preorder is specially made for you, we will not have any additional sizes. Therefore, there is generally no exchange option. Please measure your size correctly before you place your order. I am also always happy to help you find the right size for you, when you write me an email.
Sometimes we have a little bit of extra stock to be able to replace items in the very rare case of defects on an item. Therefore, exchanges are only possible, when there is enough stock of these replacement items and you email me within two days of receiving your item. You can send me an email to ask if there is any stock left. You would have to pay for the shipping of the item you want to exchange and the new item that would be sent to you. It is best if you take your measurements based on the size chart in each product listing before you place an order. If you have any questions, I am always happy to answer you.
Generally, all purchases are final. In case there is an issue with your item, you can of course return it or we can find another solution.
How much does shipping cost?
It is our goal to make international shipping as cheap as possible. We also want to thank you for your support in bringing projects like this to life. Therefore, the shipping is on us for orders of 2 items or more for most countries. You can still decide to select the paid shipping option to support my small business. This is not required, but highly appreciated :-)

Good news: Even though shipping rates have just increased due to inflation and the war in the Ukraine, we were able to negotiate a price ceiling for international shipping rates with certain carriers. So, we can keep our international shipping rates as low as before and even lower them more for countries like the US and a few Asian Countries. Country specific shipping rates vary every day and you can see the exact rate at the checkout, but here is a general overview for the shipping rates in your country if you order 1-2 items only:

Limited Edition Spring Drop 2025 Preorders (04.26.2024 - 05.10.2024 (The drop can end earlier if all items sell out before then.))
April 26th: Website opens April 26th and closes May 10th (Popular items can sell out before then. Limited Edition items won't come back to the store after they sell out. Also, only during this drop, you can secure the limited edition Kazuha Cat T-Shirt with an exclusive offer).

Zipper Hoodie II Preorders (11.23.2024 - 12.14.2024)
Mid November: Website opens November 23rd and closes December 14th (It may close earlier due to too many orders. So it is advised to place your order in the beginning of the drop to make sure the items you like are still available. Also, only during this drop, you can secure the limited edition Kazuha T-Shirt).
Mid December: Preparing Data for production & finalizing details.
End of December - End of March: Production begins, under normal circumstances estimated to take around 20-35 days excluding public holidays. The production and quality control phase is expected to be completed at the end of March.
Update 1: Factories have resumed work after public holidays but were affected due to delays with international shipments receiving threads and fabrics caused by the ongoing changes in international shipping regulations.
Update 2: Production has resumed and will be completed at the end of March.
Update 3: Due to the new tariffs and policies, the shipping process has been slightly delayed but has now been resumed.

Cardigan Preorders (May / June)
Current Status US Orders:
COMPLETE
Update 3 (July 7th): The production of all Cardigans has been finished. All items will now be shipped to me and my logistics partners.
Good news: Just like for the Zipper Hoodies, the overall shipping time will be reduced for most locations. The items will now take 30 to 40 days to arrive in the US and then the final carrier can deliver them within 5 to 10 days (This makes the overall shipping around 30 days faster than for previous drops). If there are any changes to this schedule, you can read about it here or see an update on instagram.
If you are from US Military Locations, please note that your shipment will arrive 20 -30 days later than the other US orders (So the overall lead time will be the same as for previous drops).
Update 2 (June 14th): The production of all the items is half way done. All Kazuha Tassels and all buttons for the cardigans have been completed. More updates on instagram.
Update 1 (June 5th): I am finalizing the details with my manufacturers and the production will start soon in accordance with the timeline below.

Update 4 (August): DE - Waiting for customs clearance - After this your items will arrive in a few days. Join the instagram broadcast channel for more updates.
Other countries - COMPLETE
Update 3 (July 7th): The production of all Cardigans has been finished. All items will now be shipped to me and my logistics partners.
Good news: Just like for the Zipper Hoodies, the overall shipping time will be reduced for most locations. The items will now take 35 to 45 days to arrive in Germany and other international locations and then the final carrier can deliver them within 5 to 10 days (This makes the overall shipping around 10 days faster for Germany and 30 days faster than for previous drops for most other countries). If you are from Russia, Ukraine, Morocco or your shipping address is a PO box / parcel locker, please note that your shipment will arrive 20 -30 days later than the other international orders (So the overall lead time will be the same as for previous drops).

Good news! The shipping speed will be faster than expected for most countries! I am working with more partners in different countries. The shipping speed for most countries will now be between 5 to 14 days instead of 30 to 40 days for some countries like Australia and Canada. We are very happy we were able to make this arrangement for most of you! (Please note, the fulfillment time is still the same: July / August)

The great: Very well designed - lots of little nods to the characters while still being subtle enough to wear to work! The pockets are deep enough to hold my phone without worrying about it falling out. The neutral: The cardigan is on the thin side, so if you're in colder climates (I'm in the northern USA), this is not a winter cardigan. It's a great spring/fall one! The embroidery on the Wanderer cardigan is also slightly scratchy. It doesn't bother me personally, but I can see someone with sensory issues not being able to wear it. The not-so-great: The ribbing is thin, as such it easily warps out of shape, especially on the Kokomi cardigan buttonholes, with the odd-shaped buttons. After wearing the cardigans for a minute or two, the buttonholes were already slightly warped since the ribbing is too thin to have any structure. Comparing this to a cardigan I've worn regularly for several months (that's smaller than these cardigans even) with doubled-up ribbing, the difference is stark. For future cardigans, I suggest the seller looks into doubling up the ribbing for more structure to make sure these cardigans last. They're so lovely, they deserve to be worn. All this said, I am very pleased with my purchase, and the overall quality has me excited for the hoodies!

Assuming that not being able to give 4.4 stars, I opted for 4. But it's a little taller! The manufacture of the cardigan drives me crazy and for me it has a really good quality. A personal “”defect””of mine is the colour, I did it a slightly different colour, but this is given by my problem of model mink (photo) and personal idea, that is, I imagined it a different colour. So, it can be a defect. I Also propose to Mary the idea of insert a spare button: they are so particolar, in case of lost one or similar, a person can change it without any problem. the little gadgets were all very popular, especially the Cryo necklace. All in all, an excellent product. for me 4.4 stars, to encourage improvement too!

I also want to give my thanks for the help I received when I needed to update my address, it was appreciated and im so glad that I was able to receive my package. Finally got my hoodies, far quicker shipping than I thought as well~! The designs on both the Scara & Ayato hoodie's look so much better than they did on the site and they are the comfiest hoodies I've ever had the honour of wearing~! It was- slightly weird that I got the Hydro necklace with Scara and the Pyro one with Ayato, but I'm guessing that that's just a random chance thing, which is still really cool~! My only slight complaint is about the pockets. They're far shallower than on most hoodies and they're free floating...? Makes it stand out a good bit if you have them full and the hoodie unzipped. Still~! They're both amazing and I'm glad I ordered them~!

I took a bad picture, but the design is amazing. The color is really nice and the detail is embroidered very well. However, it shipped in size L, but I ordered an M. Also, the pockets are done badly. The interior of the pockets is a different flap from the jacket, so if I put my phone in it, the pocket will sag below the jacket, and it looks bad. The jacket is very comfy though.

I was so excited to get my Kazuha cardigan! It fits great, perfectly baggy like I wanted, I’d say it’s exactly true to size. Mine is an XL. I could’ve got a large for a more fitted look, but I like the oversized look. It’s wonderful quality and the necklace and stickers it comes with are also adorable! I can’t wait for the next drop!

I love the design! However, I definitely expected the color to be much more saturated. Or even more navy blue, I was influenced due to the videos and all the fan art, but the color Is just extremely washed out :c I was really looking forward to the deep rich color honestly. I was very happy with my Kazuha hoodie when it first arrived! However I have worn it a grand total of three times. The second time I wore it one of the tassels just completely fell apart, and on the third time the loop for the clasp at the top came completely undone. While I'm happy with the design and the colors, I am less than happy about the overall quality.

Bought the Kaveh and Scara cardigans and I love them so much. I'm really lazy and never sryle myself but these look good with anything I wear. I think the Scara cardigan might be my favourite piece of clothing so far. Only conplaint is that the 'venti's vision' tag is upside down. Otherwise, its great and I can't wait for future designs!

Upon receiving the 4 cardigans I ordered, I was immodestly mesmerized by the beautiful patterns embedded into the piece of art created by this company. I've just recieved my Heizou Cardigan, as my first order from Ventis Vision. At first glance, it seems to be suprisingly great quality - the cardigan is heavy and the embroidery is nice as well. My only concern is that the buttons feel a bit loose - but the package came with an extra button in case you manage to lose one. I love all of the Ventis Vision product designs. Even though they are genshin themed, I can wear it to my workplace and don't look too nerdy or out of place. I can't wait for them to release anything Neuvilette themed.

I ordered the Layla cardigan and it is absolutely one of my favorite things to wear! Its super comfortable and warm, so the fact that it shipped in September was perfect. Everything about the design is spectacular; the embroideries are very well done and the custom buttons look really cool. Even got some extra free items such as a charm and some stickers! The one issue I did have was that the buttons were a bit hard to fit into the holes of the cardigan at first, but after some getting used to I'm able to do it no problem. Thank you so much and I absolutely plan on buying something else from here in the future!

This is my new favorite hoodie. Well worth the price, very high quality and amazing design. I love the sleeves especially! Only small nitpick is that the zipper seems a little low quality and fragile. I would have preferred a metal zipper, or one that seems less breakable, but it doesn’t impact the quality overall very much.
