Kickstarter Information (Dress Drop)
Subtle Dresses with a resemblance to your favorite Genshin Character. Enhance your wardrobe with one of these Cardigans. The Cardigans will only be available for the early-bird price during this drop. All Dresses are offered for up to $25 cheaper than they will be in the future and only during this drop you will get the additional free items. You can place a pre-order on October 15th at 6 pm German Time (The drop is planned to stay open for one month, but may close sooner, when we get more orders than we can possibly fulfill in the estimated timeline).
I designed my website to act like Kickstarter
Before I made the first Genshin Dress Drop, I wanted to run my first cardigan collection with Kickstarter, but then I realized in order to lower the prices for you and to keep the fees down I would need to use my own website. My website is designed to act like kickstarter.
What does this mean and how does the website work?
So Kickstarter exists to help bring creative projects to life.
You can place a pre-order through the product page(s). There is a specific goal for each Dress and freebie. To unlock the Dress / freebie the goal must be met. If the Dress design does not reach the special money goal you will be refunded. Subtle changes may also be made to the final Dress designs to improve the overall quality and you can also vote for them on instagram. For example, hand-embroidered areas may be replaced with machine embroidery or the dresses may be lengthened.
Why do the Dresses need to be unlocked?
Dresses like these are very complex and have many different components I need to source from different manufacturers or make myself. So, the Dress project is very expensive like the previous cardigan & Zipper Hoodie project. As of now I only have samples made, in order to get a batch of Dresses, I need to reach a certain amount of money (referred to as stretch goals). If I can not get enough money for a specific cardigan my manufacturer will not make it. To help your favorite designs being unlocked, you can share their video on Tiktok & Instagram
What are the benefits?
Since you help to bring this project to life, you will get special benefits. The first benefit for you will be that you will get the Dresses & Jewelry (necklaces available for add-on) for the cheapest price they will ever be offered for. After this drop, they will be up to $20 to $30 more (Jewelry will be $25 more). Also, only if you buy the Dress during this drop, you will get special freebies that will be announced on instagram soon! In the previous drops, we included free Genshin necklaces, art prints of Genshin characters wearing the cardigan you bought and more! (This may be subject to change until you can see the freebies in the stretch goals below)
October 15th: Website opens October 15th and closes November 15th (It may close earlier due to too many orders. So it is advised to place your order in the beginning of the drop to make sure the items you like are still available).
November: Sending the order requests and finalizing details.
December: Production begins, estimated to take around 20-25 days excluding public holidays.
Late December - Early January: Finalizing touches, quality control and shipping to the destination countries. Items shipped from manufacturer's side to me and my partnered logistics providers. You may already get your local tracking number but it will not update it until the shipment arrives in your country.
January / Early February: Dresses reach the destination countries from where you ordered and the final carrier will deliver your items within 2 to 14 days after the arrived in your country.
