I ordered a Cyno Zipper Hoodie back in April, and oh my God it was worth the wait! The Hoodie feels so comfy, and the embroidery looks amazing. Designs are always gorgeous as well, I’m obsessed with mine!

I got the Albedo Zip Hoodie and...oh my god....yall...ITS SO GOOD !!! The quality is incredible and you can't tell how much time and dedication went into the design and making sure it was a good hoodie. It's so comfy, not too hot in the summer, but its thick enough that I'm sure once winter comes it'll become a staple I my winter outfits. It's also so refreshing to have merch that doesnt outright scream what it's from, but is still very clearly fan merch (not that there's anything bad with super subtle or super clear merch!!) I'd also just like to give Rosey and her team immense praise for how good their customer service is. I was having issues with my post office that ultimately cause me to lose 2 sweaters that I bought during the pyro drop and god...while I was devastated, The care and time the that was taken by Rosey and her team to get me a refund and keep me up to date on everything happening was simply just so nice 🥹 I 100% plan to buy from the shop again, especially when I know the people behind it are so sweet and amazing 🫶

The sweater’s arrived in perfect condition. They were a bit bigger than I expected but it’s only because the sizing chart was actually accurate. I’m used to having to size up once or twice from indicated measurement but these were literally perfect. They arrived when predicted and protected by the packaging. This was genuinely the best online shopping experience I’ve ever had.

The great: Very well designed - lots of little nods to the characters while still being subtle enough to wear to work! The pockets are deep enough to hold my phone without worrying about it falling out. The neutral: The cardigan is on the thin side, so if you're in colder climates (I'm in the northern USA), this is not a winter cardigan. It's a great spring/fall one! The embroidery on the Wanderer cardigan is also slightly scratchy. It doesn't bother me personally, but I can see someone with sensory issues not being able to wear it. The not-so-great: The ribbing is thin, as such it easily warps out of shape, especially on the Kokomi cardigan buttonholes, with the odd-shaped buttons. After wearing the cardigans for a minute or two, the buttonholes were already slightly warped since the ribbing is too thin to have any structure. Comparing this to a cardigan I've worn regularly for several months (that's smaller than these cardigans even) with doubled-up ribbing, the difference is stark. For future cardigans, I suggest the seller looks into doubling up the ribbing for more structure to make sure these cardigans last. They're so lovely, they deserve to be worn. All this said, I am very pleased with my purchase, and the overall quality has me excited for the hoodies!

I love it! It is a little heavier than I anticipated and I selected the wrong size(entirely my own fault,lol, I thought it would be smaller-I am bad at it) but it is so cozy and cute and-oh-my-gosh! 10/10 recommend!

my god, the quality is just INCREDIBLE!!!!! i bought 3 cardigans: kazuha, xiao, and wanderer. THEY 'RE SO NICELY MADE!! i'm just really bummed because i preordered making a really bad call on the sizing so all of the cardigans are huge on me -- this is all on me of course, there's a size chart as well as reference photos for each size! i just have trouble making a good call because i'm 4'9, but also on the heavier side. I think I anticipated the fit being more snug, but I regret choosing XL for all of the sweaters and wish I'd picked M or maybe even L :') they're gorgeous though, and a lot of care clearly went into making these! I made my brother try them on (around 5'8) and they look amazing on him! I would definitely buy again in a heartbeat (but definitely make a smarter choice regarding the sizing!)

Assuming that not being able to give 4.4 stars, I opted for 4. But it's a little taller! The manufacture of the cardigan drives me crazy and for me it has a really good quality. A personal “”defect””of mine is the colour, I did it a slightly different colour, but this is given by my problem of model mink (photo) and personal idea, that is, I imagined it a different colour. So, it can be a defect. I Also propose to Mary the idea of insert a spare button: they are so particolar, in case of lost one or similar, a person can change it without any problem. the little gadgets were all very popular, especially the Cryo necklace. All in all, an excellent product. for me 4.4 stars, to encourage improvement too!

Finally got my hoodies, far quicker shipping than I thought as well~! The designs on both the Scara & Ayato hoodie's look so much better than they did on the site and they are the comfiest hoodies I've ever had the honour of wearing~! It was- slightly weird that I got the Hydro necklace with Scara and the Pyro one with Ayato, but I'm guessing that that's just a random chance thing, which is still really cool~! My only slight complaint is about the pockets. They're far shallower than on most hoodies and they're free floating...? Makes it stand out a good bit if you have them full and the hoodie unzipped. Still~! They're both amazing and I'm glad I ordered them~!

Bought a zipper hoodie for my friend for their birthday. I knew it wouldn't come in on time because of the timeline, but they still absolutely loved it as a late birthday present. Turns out they were eying the same exact zipper hoodie I had sent them and wanted to get it at a later point. It's exactly how they imagined it would be. I'll definitely buy again at some point!

I took a bad picture, but the design is amazing. The color is really nice and the detail is embroidered very well. However, it shipped in size L, but I ordered an M. Also, the pockets are done badly. The interior of the pockets is a different flap from the jacket, so if I put my phone in it, the pocket will sag below the jacket, and it looks bad. The jacket is very comfy though.

I was so excited to get my Kazuha cardigan! It fits great, perfectly baggy like I wanted, I’d say it’s exactly true to size. Mine is an XL. I could’ve got a large for a more fitted look, but I like the oversized look. It’s wonderful quality and the necklace and stickers it comes with are also adorable! I can’t wait for the next drop!

I love the design! However, I definitely expected the color to be much more saturated. Or even more navy blue, I was influenced due to the videos and all the fan art, but the color Is just extremely washed out :c I was really looking forward to the deep rich color honestly. I was very happy with my Kazuha hoodie when it first arrived! However I have worn it a grand total of three times. The second time I wore it one of the tassels just completely fell apart, and on the third time the loop for the clasp at the top came completely undone. While I'm happy with the design and the colors, I am less than happy about the overall quality.

Bought the Kaveh and Scara cardigans and I love them so much. I'm really lazy and never sryle myself but these look good with anything I wear. I think the Scara cardigan might be my favourite piece of clothing so far. Only conplaint is that the 'venti's vision' tag is upside down. Otherwise, its great and I can't wait for future designs!

This is without a doubt my new favorite hoodie. The design and the fit are better than anything I've ever experienced! The only notes for improvement would be to sew on the pocket linings and make the hood larger/more cloaked.

I've just recieved my Heizou Cardigan, as my first order from Ventis Vision. At first glance, it seems to be suprisingly great quality - the cardigan is heavy and the embroidery is nice as well. My only concern is that the buttons feel a bit loose - but the package came with an extra button in case you manage to lose one. I love all of the Ventis Vision product designs. Even though they are genshin themed, I can wear it to my workplace and don't look too nerdy or out of place. I can't wait for them to release anything Neuvilette themed.

I ordered the Layla cardigan and it is absolutely one of my favorite things to wear! Its super comfortable and warm, so the fact that it shipped in September was perfect. Everything about the design is spectacular; the embroideries are very well done and the custom buttons look really cool. Even got some extra free items such as a charm and some stickers! The one issue I did have was that the buttons were a bit hard to fit into the holes of the cardigan at first, but after some getting used to I'm able to do it no problem. Thank you so much and I absolutely plan on buying something else from here in the future!

This is my new favorite hoodie. Well worth the price, very high quality and amazing design. I love the sleeves especially! Only small nitpick is that the zipper seems a little low quality and fragile. I would have preferred a metal zipper, or one that seems less breakable, but it doesn’t impact the quality overall very much.

Received it with no problems and wore it to the Genshin Concert in Yokohama! It's comfortable, and the fabric is pretty thick and high quality. My friends started following Venti's Vision after they saw/felt the hoodie!

I love this! I never thought I would be emotionally attached to a piece of clothing. The only problem was that one of the tassels unraveled on the first day but thankfully there was a spare provided! Maine weather can’t stop me from wearing this✨

Just received, superb quality.

The quality was great except for the buttons. My cousin got me the sweater for Christmas and it just came a week ago, but the button already popped off. I've only worn it during normal daily use, without any extra activity. I've only gotten a chance to wear it to school, but the buttons are only held on my one string and won't even last me sitting around for 8 hours. I will say that the quality of the fabric itself is very nice and comfortable, but the buttons are not secure at all. It makes it hard to wear at any time unless I sew the buttons in myself.

The Furina cardigan is absolutely incredible, and totally worth every penny! It feels super high quality: it's a really thick knit, the embroidery is well done, and all the little details are sooooo pretty. It's as beautiful as pictured, and super comfortable to wear, too—I'm really excited to wear it out into the world!

At this point the website stated that end of february the shipping starts and till mid march items should arrive. It was mid february and so far there hasn't been an Update. Discord mods just said 'just check the timetable. It's all fine otherwise we get an information'. The same answer happens for days, till beginning of march. Shipment should've started. Now the New answer is simply "well the timetable is just an estimate there can be delays". At 4th march the Shop owner finally gaves an Update. The Update on discord states one month delay. In Addition to this the Start censorship - no negative comments are allowed at all, otherwise you receive a timeout or even a ban. I contacted their official instagram Account, because i thought that maybe the Shop owner does on fact Listen. Instead of Helping or anything doing for customer Support i got blocked. In Addition the Update on discord is also not the full Truth, the website states not only 1 month delay but a total of 2months. I try to get my money back now, otherwise I will sue this scam Shop till I get my Money back.
