FAQs

What happens when all items sell out during the early access period?

In case all items sell out during the early access period, the drop won't open to the public. Since this collection is a limited edition collection, all items that sell out won't ever get restocked. During previous drops, the most popular items sold out during the early access period or within a day of opening. However, as more people join the early access list, there is a higher chance that some popular collections can sell out completely during their early access period.

How can I have a better chance to get the items I like?

It is recommended to keep the page you are currently on in a tab in your browser as you will be able to enter the early access password on it when the timer hits 0. The second thing you can do to increase your chances is to set an alarm for 5 minutes before the drop in order to not miss the early access period and potentially miss out on your favorite item when it sells out quickly. This will also help you to have a better chance to secure one of the specials if you are fast enough. You can read more about the specials below.
