I designed my website to act like Kickstarter

I originally wanted to run my cardigan collection with Kickstarter, but then I realized in order to lower the prices for you and to keep the fees down I would need to use my own website. My website is designed to act like kickstarter.

What does this mean and how does the website work?

So Kickstarter exists to help bring creative projects to life.
You can place a pre-order through the product pages like this one. There is a specific goal for each cardigan and freebie. To unlock the cardigan/freebie the goal must be met. If the cardigan does not reach the special money goal you will be refunded. Subtle changes may also be made to final cardigan design to improve the overall quality. For example, hand-embroidered areas may be replaced with machine embroidery.

Why do the cardigans need to be unlocked?

This is the first time I have worked with an outside source like this. So, the cardigan project is very expensive. As of now I only have samples made, in order to get a batch of cardigans, I need to reach a certain amount of money. If I can not get enough money for a specific cardigan my manufacturer will not make it.

What are the benefits?

Since you help to bring this project to life, you will get special benefits. The first benefit for you will be that you will get the cardigans for the cheapest price they will ever be offered for. After this drop, they will be up to $10 more.
